Clubbercise is an easy-to-follow dance workout using flashing glow sticks set to a soundtrack of uplifting club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Our dance fitness classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and lasers to create a buzzing nightclub atmosphere.
